One of my friends guild has a feature that I don't, is this normal?

Yes! Depending when your guild was added to Grace or where your guild is located (server region), we limit some features by region or to new guilds to test features! No re-adding grace dose not show the feature, also no to changing the region. Feel free to contact us to see if we can help get you the feature! Also Note as of v1.3 this is starting to change slowly. We are rolling out new features all the time. If you detect errors please contact support.
